Troubleshooting
If you are having problems installing or authorizing Finale or setting up MIDI, review Getting Started for help resolving these issues. For all other troubleshooting, refer to Finale's Knowledge Base. It may also be helpful to review the New Features in Finale, including the list of Interface changes.

For technical issues, our representatives are also available by phone at (952) 937-9703 between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Phone support is free of charge (although MakeMusic does not reimburse long—distance charges). Please have your serial number ready. Note that in order for MakeMusic to continue offering free, efficient phone support, we ask all Finale users to limit phone contacts to technical problems only.
